Calendula Salve

Calendula officinalis is part of Asteraceae family. Although they are commonly know as pot marigold, they actually are not a member of the Tagetes genus like a marigold. They are a part of the calendula genus.

Resina calendula is know for its high resin-rich flowers.
It’s a powerhouse of anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties that help sooth diaper rash, eczema, bug bites and wounds. It’s antioxidant properties help protect your skin’s collagen and elastin supply. It also has the ability to increase blood flow and oxygen to the skin which aids the healing process.
